On this past Friday Chris took off for another Military School out in California. It was a sad day. He hasn't been gone for this long in awhile. He waited to leave after the girls went to school so he could say Goodbye. Then after they were gone he loaded up in the car and was off. I called him after he took off and said that I missed him already and then he said Well I will just come back....I forgot a cord for my Ipod. For a brief moment I thought that he felt bad that he was going to miss mothers day. Well it was a nice thought. He drove to my parents house all in one day. It is a lot faster when it is just one guy and not one guy and three girls. He is know at the school house and it is a lot warmer there than here. He has to put a cold wash cloth around his neck at night to sleep. However he doesn't have a washcloth so he has to use some of his long socks. He is learning lots and I will know if he is having fun when he gets back home. We really miss him. It is the highlight of the day to have him call right as the girls are being tucked into bed and he can say good night. The smiles on their faces is what makes the days worth it.

Sorry to hear that Chris is not at home. Unfortunately, I don't have a lot of sympathy for anyone but me and Vicky at this moment.

Trisha! How long is he going to be gone? I hope you guys are all doing ok. I know you have done this before but no matter how many times you have, it still can't be easy. If you want a little get away (not that you didn't just have the best one ever!) please come here and stay with us! It would be tight quarters but it would be fun!!!
