What a wonderful time. There was so much celebrating. It went on for one week. It started on Sunday when my Aunt Diane came into town for some family business. With her she brought a gift for Mak from her Aunt Shannon. So of course it was to be opened right away. On Monday the 10th it was dinner out to IHOP. Each year on the girls birthday they get to choose where they would like to eat out. For the past three years it has been the same for Makhail. IHop and the funny face pancake. It was a blast. We were not able to go out on the exact date but it was a great start to the week of partying. We had a brake on Tuesday. Wednesday morning my Aunt gave Mak a gift and again it was opened right away. What a perfect gift. All new hair items. She loved it. Thursday was another well deserved brake. However I was still planning the big event of the kid party. On Friday the 14th, the real day that Makhail entered our family was spent just us. It was a fun night.
She didn't want to eat right away and who could blame her she had gifts to open. It was a fun time for me to just think about her and her life and what a wonderful blessing she is to our family. Here comes the big day. Saturday. At 2:00pm the girls started to arrive. What fun it was to see the excitement on Mak's face as they
started to come. We left at 2:20pm to go over to the mall. It was time for the best part of the day Build-A-Bear Workshop. Mak has been wanting this for ever. So I mustered up all of my courage and we did it. It was so wonderful to see the joy that was on all of these girls faces. It was one of the best parties ever. Makhail, you are truly a blessing in our lives and we love you very much. Thank you for choosing us to be your family.

Happy Belated Birthday Makhail.. Trish I just was looking at Mike Hoppers blog and found yours. Sounds like you guys are having tons of fun. Kyle says we need to have a Halo night again?
