What a Year

I have been the worst at this blog thing. This year has come and gone so fast. I just looked at my last two posts and I can't believe that my girls have had another birthday. So I will go over just a few of the high points from this past 12 months.

January: was very uneventful.

February: Chris turned 39.

March: still nothing to report.

April: It is coming.

May: My parents returned from their Mission in Siberia. We went on a family trip with them to Mexico and stayed in California for the month of June.

June: I turned 39 and am loving it. However i am really looking forward to 40.

July: Sara went to her first girls camp and loved it. She is very excited about next year.

August: Chris and I celebrated 14 years of marriage. And school began again. However Sara is now in Junior High and Makhail is in 3rd grade. I was lucky enough to still work in 2nd grade. I love this job.

September: Sara turned 13. A real teenager. Boy is this a new experience. We are all learning new things.

October: We were able to attend General Conference. What a wonderful experience that was.

November: Makhail turned 9, and she thinks she is all that and a bag of chips. Her favorite thing know is polka dots. She loves them. We had a very small thanksgiving dinner with just our little family.

December: Well here we are. What a wonderful time of the year. When family gets together and the joy of the Saviors birth is all around. I love this time. I seem to sometimes forget how important it is.

Well that is our year in a nutshell. Maybe this next year will bring more adventures.
